He finally got comfy and cozy though, and we ended up with a lot of wonderful shots!

The month of September was a double-edged sword this year! On one hand, I had a number of beautiful babies, families and kiddos to capture throughout the month…..but on the other hand, vacation followed by several weeks of illness in my household really made editing all the pictures I took of those wonderful clients a bit of a challenge! Now that I am *almost* caught up, I have time to finally blog some highlights from the past month’s sessions! Hope you enjoy!
This little beauty is one of my baby planners, Jennibeth. She is such a little doll (and big brother and momma are just as lovely)!….I can’t wait to see them again at her 6 month session.
This handsome boy is also a baby planner….Noah wasn’t terribly in the mood to model for us at his 3 month session, but we still came out with some super sweet shots of him. How could you not, though? Look at that face!
Next we have two of the sweetest, prettiest kids I have ever had the pleasure of photographing….you may remember Collins from her newborn session back in January. She is also the winner of the Cutest Kid contest I held this summer! She and big brother Brayden came by for a mini session right before I left for vacation! 
A few months ago, I hosted a giveaway on my blog in honor of spring and reaching 200 facebook fans. This weekend I had the pleasure of meeting the winner of that contest (who by the way, drove all the way from Kentucky), along with a few of her family members!! I had such a fun time capturing their sweet family…here is your preview, W and O family! Hope you enjoy it!
This particular share is near and dear to my heart…. I’d like to introduce you all to the newest member of my extended family, sweet little Isaiah! My brother and sister-in-law have been led to increase their family by means of adoption. After completing their first adoption from Ethiopia last summer (this little bundle of cute) , they decided to start the paperwork with their agency for their next child (thinking it would take another two or three years)..and six weeks later, this precious little boy entered the world and became their newest addition (making them a family of SEVEN)!! I met this sweet guy for his 3 month portraits and I’m so excited that he’s going to be one of our upcoming baby planners. You’ll get to see several of his milestones over the next year! Enjoy your sneak peek, mom and dad!
This sweet little guy and his family came all the way from Tulsa for pictures this weekend. You may remember his cousin, Collins, from the previous post! He was wide-eyed awake through half of the session but was so sweet tempered that we still got a ton of great shots! Here is a sneak peek for you, L family – it was so great to meet you!
Baby Collins and her beautiful family visited my new home studio this week for a combined newborn/family photo shoot. This was my first session since going on maternity leave in November and I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter group of people to work with. They made my job almost completely effortless.
